Michael Carl Phillips Lifelong Learning Scholarship

The Michael Carl Phillips Lifelong Learning Scholarship is awarded annually to one Orange
Coast College student over the age of 45. The ideal recipient is starting a new career, opening
a new business, or learning new skills in order to continue becoming the best version of
themselves.
