Vinta M. Oviatt International Scholarship

This annual scholarship is awarded to aid an international student or a student who is majoring in a discipline or vocation with an international element.

Vinta Oviatt is a librarian and professor at Orange Coast College. She grew up in India as the daughter of missionary teachers, attended an international boarding school, and has traveled since the age of eight. She values the international connections that foster mutual respect between people of all cultures.
