The Bill Landers Memorial Scholarship

Bill Landers was one of Orange Coast College’s brightest debaters and speakers in the early 1970’s. His intelligence shone as intensely as his innate goodness as a person. He went on to excel in law school and was a presidential counsel in the Reagan White House before his untimely death in the 1980’s.
