Mu Alpha Theta Honor Society

The Mu Alpha Theta scholarship is given to students to recognize and promote achievements and merit in the field of math. Mu Alpha Theta is a National High School and two-year College Mathematics Honor Society with over 75,000 student members in more than 1,500 schools. We are dedicated to inspiring keep interest in mathematics, developing strong scholarship in the subject, and promoting the enjoyment of mathematics in high schools and two-year colleges.

The leadership and members of the OCC chapter of Mu Alpha Theta have found it beneficial to the chapter’s goals and interests to provide financial assistance to who that excel enthusiasm in mathematics. Mu Alpha theta is proud to support and be a part of enabling students to continue their education and majors in the filed of math.
