David A. Johnson, M.D. Memorial

The Western Society of Electrodiagnostic Technologists is proud to name this scholarship in honor of Dr. Johnson, the program’s first Medical director. Dr. Johnson had been supportive of the program from its inception, by giving of his time generously to lecture to students, advise curriculum, instruct students in clinical experience, support program accreditation, and much more.

WSET was founded in 1955 and is composed of Neurodiagnostic Technologists from the Western United States. WSET is the oldest such society in America, and was formed primarily for the advancement and education within the field. WSET is committed to the education of future Neurodiagnostic Technologists, and hopes this scholarship will assist worthy students in furthering their education.
